As a small business, and due to the unique nature of my jewellery, I do not accept returns or issue refunds. Please think carefully about your purchase before placing your order. All items are intended as Final Sale but please do contact me if you have any problems with your order as your satisfaction is greatly important to me.
Due to living rurally, it takes between 2-5 business days for orders to be shipped. All packages are shipped through Canada Post and come with a tracking number.
Night Chant Designs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you have any issues I recommend you contact your local postal service with your tracking number.
Paying of Import or custom's fees is the responsibility of the purchaser. You as the buyer are responsible for any custom fees upon arrival to destination. You can contact your countries customs department prior to ordering to find out what these fees will be. It is your responsibility to ensure that the importing and exporting requirements of your country have been met, failure to do so may result in seizure of your shipment. Shipping costs will not be refunded if the item is sent back to us due to failure to pay customs fees.
International orders can take anywhere from 4-6 weeks to arrive after they are shipped since all orders must go through customs .
Please be aware, teeth cannot be guaranteed, there is a possibility they may crack. It is the nature of the product. You will be shipped an intact tooth, this does not mean it will arrive uncracked . It could crack a day later, a week, a year etc. in most cases if the tooth does crack it can be glued back together with crazy glue .
